Oil Field Tools & Equipment Repair
Ombros provides products and services to the upstream oil and gas industry. Sales and service operations are located in Cape town, where we have a large network of partners.
From our base, the company’s sales, service team can meet virtually any customer requirement with a full range of applications.
Some of the products – Torque Subs, Torque control systems, Pipe Handling Equipment, Pressure test systems, Various Valves (Well Control) , H2S Trim Control, (IBOP) and a full range of dies and inserts.
On the equipment repairs we offer the following:
- Calibration / recertification of torque gauges.
- Refurbishment / repair of Load cells and Torque gauges.
Refurbishment Services
OMBROS can arrange specialised repairs to oilfield tubular, stabilizers, cross over subs and blow out preventers.
Through our industry leading partners we are able to rewind and repair a variety of electric motors and alternators and to rebuild most OEM engines and compressors.
Logistics Base Management
OMBROS team members have run logistics bases in South Africa and abroad. Having served companies like Schlumberger, Weatherford, PetroSA and TOTAL.
